It should not take almost one month for an electric issue which was incredibly dangerous, no rear turn single, brake lights or bake up light. Obviously no one actually drives a car in Charleston and knows how bad the traffic is. Only half of the service was completed the first time and finally completed the second time. The tech was excellent, but everything else is why you get one star, if there was half one star, that is closer to reality for your supposed award-winning dealership.
