This apartment complex has the worst management. They are very unprofessional (I mean VERY), never answer your phone calls, and take their time to get work orders done. It’s so annoying because these are the people I have to talk to in regards to any problems with my apartment and I dread having to call!!! These are peoples homes we’re talking about here, and they just don’t seem to care.

Evelyn who works in the office has truthfully been my peace in decision making and tribulations. I want to appreciate her at this moment even while I transition into my new home is what will leave with me; is every good experience she has granted even when others didn’t know how to communicate nor console. SHE CARES.

Office is never open and calls are not answered. Office Schedule says Monday-friday 10am - 4pm. Every time I go after lunch, door is shut and locked. no where does it say they are closed for lunch, yet they say we were probably closed for lunch. Laundry facility is always dirty and washer only 3/5 are in working condition but super dirty.
