Lincoln does a phenomenal job in hiring the bare minimum to run the leasing office. You would think the staff would have very similar training to a manager at an esteemed country club given its on Daniel Island and some of the best apartments in Charleston. The renovated apartments and grounds are beautiful but unfortunately the staff are what you’d find running a section 8 apartment complex in Ladson.

Daniel Island is one of my favorite places in Charleston. Beautiful nature, amazing houses and golf course views, just fabulous place to visit. I enjoy riding my ebike and exploring the neighborhoods on Daniel Island.

The only good thing is the location. The office staff is very rude and they increased the price of rent $108 in 24 hours without emailing me my quote from the tour and refused to honor the price I was quoted even though you should hold it for 48 hours. I even went back in person to discuss the issue further and the manger shut her office tour and refused to talk to me about the issue and sent one of the leasing consultants out to talk to my mother and I. I would stay far away from this complex if there is so many issues with just the leasing office!

I have NEVER had as bad of an experience with staff as that with Daniel Island Village. The don’t return phone calls or emails. And they seldom answer phone calls! I have made numerous calls and worked on my application for hours to find that after their confirming details many times and my sending in my deposit, they will not honor the price in the computer. And the apartment isn’t renovated as listed and they are changing the move-in date to earlier! They are saying I’ll get my deposit back in 7-10 days and won’t offer to resolve the issues they incurred. Don’t lease there if you can help it!
