The cost is based on a sliding fee scale which is determined by your family size and income. When you call to make an appointment let them know you want to be on the sliding fee scale and they will tell you what paperwork you will need to bring.
Based of your income in u have ameri group the visits are only 2 $ co pay and medicine co pay is 3$ it's not bad and they deliver as well good luck I have been taking it like 4 weeks u get a month supply at a time
It's based on ur income. But they work with u, accept partial payments, and arrangements.
