I called this location to speak with administration about payment that had not been applied to my kids account. The receptionist was so rude. She seemed agitated and was not listening to my request. This was about 4'oclock, August the 15th. As i felt this was a fragile matter she did not, I asked for her name to report her she proceeded to say to me "find out". I work with all kinds of people and customer service..this was by far the most upsetting person i have had to talk to concerning my child. This woman should not be working with the community or kids. If you can find another afterschool program try and go with them..because if she was representation of the program its not a healthy look. Do go else where.

Registration was based on age at E. W. Hagler. Boys & Girls Club where I registered my grandkids. They have two sides in their building. One for teens and the other for ages younger than a teen. I'm not sure what the youngest age you have to be to enroll. The price also depends on the age.
