I've been a loyal customer for the past four years, and I regret to inform you that I will no longer be a customer from this point forward. Business isn't what it used to be; colors are not the same on your hand as they are shown in the color book, recent nail techs have insisted on changing your mind about colors and the service provided and they are in a rush. I recently had to return to have my SNS redone after one week due to two broken nails, color that was patchy, and rough spots on various nails from not drying properly, and I was only given a $5 discount for a nail tech doing a bad job on my nails? I was made to feel as though they were doing me such a favor by giving me such a “generous discount.” I've been a loyal customer for years, and this is how customers are treated? I am not one to post reviews, but I am in awe of how this situation was handled and how I was treated.

Love the look of this place! Very clean and classy! I got a pedicure here and had no complaints. Great job and everyone was polite and friendly.

I was shopping in Augusta on yesterday. I decided to go get at mani/pedi with regular nail polish no SNS, gel or acrylic. I looked at the reviews and was skeptical however against my better judgment I gave this place a try. I am upset because not only did the polish chip but one nail the polish is gone completely (a mystery) in less than 24 hours. Needless to say I will not be a patron here again! #MoneyWasted

The atmosphere and service is superb! The prices are reasonable too! I enjoyed my pedicure by China, she was very thorough- my first time visit was amazing!
