People are nice but one of the worst places to fill Rx. No matter if there is a line or not we always have to wait.. Even though it seems as if four people are working they are either very behind at the drive-through or very behind at the counter… Not a place I would recommend

We have never experienced the kind of customer service (pharmacy) from any store in any of the years we picked up our medications. Josh at the Monroe pharmacy is the most customer service oriented employee we have ever met!! He is so kind, honest and accountable. RiteAid needs to really push him up the ranks!! My husband and I witnessed a drive through customer who was so irate, it was scary...very scary...Josh moved the young, sweet worker aside and took over the conversation. He was able to connect with the driver in amazing conversation and he turned the (what could have been a horrible incident) into a mind-blowing understanding with the very mean drive up customer. We were sooo impressed!! Thank you Josh for your services you provide at RiteAid. We LOVE YOU!!!

If I could give this rite aid, especially the pharmacy negative 5 stars, I would. Everyone is short staffed so get over yourselves. The pharmacy lied to me over the phone and to my face, twice. When the pharmacy doesn't feel like answering the phone, they give you a dial tone and then hang up. After they make you wait on hold for 29 minutes.The woman that was working on 12/6/21 at 8:55pm at the Monroe HWY 2 location was a total witch when I asked her if they transferred my medication like they were supposed to at 9am. She proceeded to laugh at me when I became upset that I would now had to go TWO nights without my nightly medication and then she told me that nobody did what they were supposed to do when I went there in person at 9am. The entire pharmacy should be ashamed of themselves and I will NEVER go to any Rite Aid ever again. I will also tell everyone I know to NOT go there either. Your customer service is disgusting and you make Walgreens look like angels.

Wife tries Rite Aid Website to make an covid 2nd appointment. Website fails to make appointments.... She called yesterday to Rite Aid pharmacy in Monroe. Lady pharmacist said to just come in Saturday. Wife goes in right as they open. Man said she had to make an appointment. She explained why she came in because of the lady pharmacist said too. He said it would be several hours before she could get in. She went to Walmart and got it right away. So don't go to Rita Aid...
