I do not think so.

Sorry, no motorized carts for rent. When the Visitors Center is open, we do have a wheelchair that we loan for free. Visitors Center hours are currently 10 to 4 Monday through Friday and 11 to 3 Saturday and Sunday.

I did not see any when I was there. Though parts were paved you may struggle to get through parts of the trail
