Yes it is open to the public I work there. They did not announce it I would please please ask you to not take things from shelves and put them on other shelves but respectful of the employees and if you need help ask. But yes I work in the freezer it is completely open to the public both of them in the twin cities area are the one in Brooklyn center and the one in St Paul. You will need a non-profit or for profit business tax identification number. It is technically not open to the general public.
