Overall experience was very bad. I was unable to shop for my own dress until I complained. The girls I brought to shop were also not able to help me find a dress on the floor or even my mom. Our lady helping was not very personable or kind, she seemed annoyed and burnt out from the start. Ruined the experience for me.. its been days and they said they would send a list of my favorite dresses and I have not gotten anything…

I had an amazing experience working with Lydia, as my consultant! She understood my style very quickly and I liked all of the gowns she chose for me. She's exceptionally talented, understands the inventory extremely well and took time to understand what I was looking for within my budget. I really appreciate her hard work and intentions in helping me to find the perfect dress! She works Fridays, so make sure to go in on Friday and ask for Lydia!

My experience dress shopping at the Wedding Shoppe was much easier and stress free compared to what I expected. As someone not super familiar with weddings I was certainly out of my depth when looking for a Maid of Honor dress for my best friend's wedding. The staff member we worked with, Vic, was super friendly and the selection of dresses she started us with was spot on for what we were looking for. We ended up going with the very first dress I tried on, and had a similar simple experience when coming back with our other bridesmaid. The dresses were shipped out to us in a timely manner, and we are very excited to bring the look to life on the big day.
