They are a no kill shelter. Is she, the outdoor cat, still whole? They can loan you a live trap, and assist with getting her spayed and you can re-release her to the area without fear of 100000 cats by next spring. Cats can be good help with yard pests, and once "fixed" will not be breeding, but still be there. Ferral to being patted is pretty impressive. You must be good, and she must like you. She would have a hard adjustment from being outside and free to roam to being in cat jail. A very nice cat jail, but one all the same. Is there a reason she can't stay as an outside cat with/around you?
