Pace of play around 4 hours during the weekday, not great for a shorter course. Unique course layout, a bit tight and hilly

The course was in good shape,about what you would expect for the price,the greens were firm and very fast,all things considered,a decent public course.That's the pros,the cons were as follows,very overbooked ,two to three groups waiting on every tee box,with one to two groups in the fairway with a group on the green.It took two of us five hours to play 18 holes,it is clearly a,if you show up and pay you can play,it could be a fun course if it was managed better,no plans to return.
