I went in November to get some upholstery work done on my boat. Was told they would do the job but would have to wait for a warm day since they were going to the marina to pull the seats and other items needing work. Around March, after many calls, I was told the next day with no rain, he would get the seats. Finally in April, again after many calls, was finally informed they were too busy but would call me back in a week. Now it’s May and will not answer my calls. I’m surprised they have so many 5 star reviews. That’s what drew me to them originally. They must delete the bad ones

They may do a good job with boat upholstery but I was very disappointed with a repair job on a couch cushion I brought in for repair. I measured the pieces I had salvaged from several pillows since lazyboy had discontinued the material and there was enough to sew together in the correct direction but they said there wasn’t. Okay so I accepted that the pattern was in the WRONG direction as the rest of the sectional which I wouldn’t have done had I been advised before they started the job. However, the seam was already coming loose the day I picked it up! So I took it back for them to fix; got it back today and still loose thread and shoddy workmanship. Gonna try to repair myself at this point! Was also surprised at disarray of “workshop” and strong cigarette odor! Will not be returning or recommending but I’m sure that’s fine with them!!

Very satisfied, they got my seats repaired in a pretty short amount of time and they look factory new. Will certainly be back
