It should come with fries or Cole slaw. Next time take it back and point it out. They should fix it.
The managers are good there. If you go back there, tell then how they messed up your last order, and they will make it up to you.
You should have gotten Cole slaw, potato salad and tea with the dinner...depending on how much you were charged, you may have gotten a 8 pc chicken only...
