Hi, Gemma, I’m sorry I missed your question until now....13 is a bit young for a septum piercing... we generally say 16 and up with parent present unless it’s an ear. Sometimes other piercings can be done depending on the child’s development. If they still have a lot of growing left to do, the ring won’t grow with them!
I am not sure, my granddaughter is 14 & got the side of hers done with my consent, you would need to call them, but with your permission, I would think so. They are operating by appt only so if you call & it's a yes, make appt then!! They stay pretty booked up 🥰
