Cheap material, and they make every excuse not to warranty out your couch even when you paid for the extra 5 year warranty, would not recommend and will never shop here again

Well first time ever going and last time ever going there. I had put a furniture set on layaway paid money down an then to only be told when i went back rhe following weekend to pick up a freezer we bought. That the manager wanted to.let me know that there was not one in stock like i was told that in fact only one is the floor sample. An that he was going to let me have it for 1000.00. Never said had to get that day or the next. So today i called an wanted to make a payment. They dont so that has to mail or in person , i am ok with that. What i am not ok with ia being mislead and basically lied to. I was.told oh no cant.get for.that price now it was a promotional thing.. NEVER was that mentioned when i was told 1000.00. Then ask was the furniture i had put on layaway still out on diaplay.... WELL OF COURSE i am not ok with that either....it should have been taken off the floor.... I have been dealing.with the death of my brother an did not need this. Please folks watch what they tell u get it in writing.. never will i deal witj them
