We loved our experience with Better Sofas! Jeff was our salesperson and he was kind and courteous and respectful from the start and throughout the process! When I explained that we didn’t have a lot of leftover funds after our move, he immediately showed me what he had in our price range without making me feel bad. He was so helpful and we love the sofa we ended up with! We know we could have paid a little less at other area furniture stores but what we bought was high quality and will last forever! We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for good, high quality furniture at fair prices where you will be treated kindly.

Yes, almost all of our sofas are 8 way hand tied and many have springs within the cushions. We have up to 10 different cushion firmness levels available on some sofas. Thank you for reaching out to us!
Brenda, we are so sorry for these cushion issues. The cushions have a lifetime warranty. The manufacturer will replace the cushions free of charge, just let us know which cushions you need.
