Had 2 boxes left outside by my uncovered kitchen door , in pouring rain, instead of my front door that is covered porch. This 3rd time packages left by USPS... NOT ups or FedEx. Our postal service is worthless.

Poor customer service and not very helpful when it came to answering my questions. I waited in a 6 person line with a question and when I finally got to the front I had to go to the back of the line to be helped again because there was only 1 woman working. I ended up spending over 30 minutes in the post office today.

Awful. We received tracking information that our package was at this USPS location. The lady that “helped” us wouldn’t look up the tracking number because… I’m not sure why. So we have no idea where our package is. She claimed to get her supervisor to help us but they never showed up. The people that came in behind us had the same issue but she told them she couldn’t help, and accused me of arguing with her and asked if they wanted to do the same - so they left. The postal service is a luxury and I’m not taking it for granted but hire people that take pride in customer service, even just a little.

Check on the back page of the ad. Sometimes you can go to a website (Ex: the multi page coupon flyer) and tell them to stop.
Not usually. It is dependent upon mail volume and if packages are ready when the carrier is ready to leave.

You can ask your mail carrier to not leave bulk mail. Some will and some will not. But if it says "mail customer" or "current resident" they usually have to leave it.
