Murder? Not sure if you have the right place. Not saying it doesn't happen every where but you might want to double check where you are looking to move. This is a quiet and well patrolled area.
Great community. The kids walk to and from the bus stop with no issues. Its clean for the most part. There are officer constantly riding through this complex and the surrounding complexes as well. I haven't heard anything about murders or anything of that nature. Its pretty safe here
I lived there for about a year and never felt unsafe. There is a police department right down the road. Overall a good experience for me.
