Pet Policy No animals, livestock, reptiles, or poultry of any kind are permitted. Dogs, cats, and other domesticated pets are permitted and are not to exceed two (2) per apartment. Any Resident receiving written permission from Management for a pet must also fulfill the following responsibilities: - Resident must pay a non-refundable pet fee per pet, based on full grown weight immediately upon acquiring the pet in the amount of: $300.00 for pets 25 pounds and under; if accepted, $400.00 for pets 25 to 50 pounds - Resident agrees that any non-refundable pet fees are for the privilege of maintaining said pet on the premises and shall not be considered part of any damage deposit nor shall it be used as a set off against any damage done to the premises to include interior and exterior. - Current veterinary records must be provided with proper immunization indicated and current weight. In addition, if pet is less than 3 years of age, the expected full grown weight must be indicated.
They are very serious about pets. They are allowed but there's a fee (Monthly and deposit). They also charge you $50 for a dog DNA so that if you don't pick up your poop they will fine you.
