I've lived here since December, 2019. My lease is up this December and one of the main reasons I decided to renew is our property manager, Rosemary. Rosemary is a first-rate agent of Aubrey's landing. From my perspective, one of her outstanding attributes is her concern for the look and feel of this property. Her focus on order and cleanliness is one of the main concerns even though there is a shortage of maintenance folks and office personnel. Rather than make excuses that she is short-staffed, she still consciously manages to ensure residents that they can live in a property they can be proud of - visually. The other reason I admire Rosemary as much as I do is that she treats one is as though they are the most important person in her life in the moment. Speaking with her on the phone, or in person, she gives you her full attention, is always upbeat and personable. She never indicates, verbally or non-verbally, that she is too busy to attend to you right here and right now, or that you are an irritant or bother with your request (s). My experience is that she treats you as she would a family member. She goes out of her way to acknowledge you as you pass by, to inquire if things are OK, and to engage in conversation even though she has a million things to do. My take is, she loves her job and it's obvious. In my work, if the need were there, I'd hire her in a second for her personality, her attention to detail and the positive energy she gives off - doing what she loves to do.

I lived in Aubreys Landing for 2 years. The community is great, but you have to have understanding what it means to live within an apartment complex. However it was bought out last year by a different company and they are absolutely horrid to deal. They're hard to get in touch about anything. If you need repairs done within the apartment, it's questionable if they could even fix it or will come back to resolve the issue if they cannot during the initial visit. We've moved out, and understood that cancelling our lease would mean some penalties. We've had questions, and they refused to email us to answer them. I couldn't go talk to anyone about this situation. Everything is done by appointment. I received a phone call about our balance in which I replied by email and by calling to set up an appointment. Now collections is calling me. Be sure before you move in if you want to deal with these people. They're completely unprofessional.
