There are several paved "stairs " used as shortcuts through the trails.
They do have handicap parking. The trails are all stones and crushed sea shells and not paved. They have a wheelchair accessible fishing pier
I would say no particularly if you plan on hiking to the peak or top as it's an uphill trail or trails with steps depending which route or trail you take. Handicapped parking its general parking on rocks and dirt
