Miserable attitudes of the workers in the office. Lived here for 11 years, and literally every time I call for a pick up I have the displeasure of speaking with a representative who doesn’t appear to be happy to assist at all .. Misery loves company I guess

So today is garbage day because yesterday was 4 of July so my day gets put of put on to today We put our trash out every week according to the detailed rules and believe by me my taxes they should actually walk up my driveway to collect my trash, so when they sling my trash into the truck hitting it and knocking some of the containers out they should pick it up Now I have to ! Then proceed to my neighbors house with the same sling break his garage pan ( be annoyed ) and the throw it to the side. It’s something eles

Every single week they toss our recycling bins and pails into the middle of either the sidewalk or in the middle of our driveway. I have multiple videos of them tossing our things. For one, it’s dangerous for elderly people who are trying to walk down the sidewalk when there are recycling bins obstructing the pathway (in front of every single house on the block practically) that is supposed to be clear. A walker wont be able to fit and someone is going to fall trying to navigate around these bins everywhere. Secondly, they block my driveway every week and I have to get out of the car and move my pails to be able to get into my own driveway. Every single week! I have documented photos of this over the last few years and at this point we are all very tired of having to do this routine. It’s disrespectful how they just toss the bins wherever they feel like it. They launch the recycling bin from the street and have cracked ours several times now. We have tons of videos of thr way they toss the recycling bins from across the street into our driveway, lawn, etc. they don’t care where they land. A bit counterproductive to break a RECYCLING bin requiring us to have to get a new one, isn’t it?

The garbage collectors in North Merrick along Meadowbrook Rd. are awful. They deliberately yell and honk the truck horns at 5:30 in the morning. They block traffic and take their time moving. They're rude and inconsiderate. Worst service!
