Commercial plates are not allowed in residential you would have to go to the scale house and it is a cash and credit card paying scale it's $0.06 a pound so you need to leave $100 deposit depending on how much weight you have on vehicle any questions you can call the scale house at 516-801-5678
You can dump but you have to go over the scale and pay for it you're not allowed at the residential section
