No. This park is more of a kayaking and hiking experience. However, it is right off of merrick road which has numerous food chains and delis and super markets like McDonald's, Bk, Wendy's, Taco Bell, Trader joes, best market. You can pick up food and drinks and eat them at benches along the trail or at the top of the trail where there are views of New York City.

Actually everybody else who answered is only half right, there is a vending machine at the ranger station where you can get Gatorade or Pepsi, but no food.
