They aren't opening it this year
Closed for 2019, but they are offering shuttles to Hackettstown pool, which is also open to Memberships and/or daily passes. Follow links from Newton Pool site above, for more information. Hackettstown Membership info can be found there as well.
Unfortunately they won't be opening summer 2019. Maintenance or something.
