Yes, you need to be under a certain income, age and/or disabled. Also you can put in an application now until 1/31/20 Online @ brickhousing.org

Yes, you have to call the office for more information though. You can call during the week from 9 am and before 2 pm. I can tell you that you would need a Social Security benefit page to show the office. You have to talk to the office about anymore questions.
