Had a noisy Broan range hood. Tech was unqualified, spent <10 minutes, was not familiar with any of the components of the appliance, did not take it apart to diagnose the problem. He googled the model number of the range hood, and randomly selected a "broken" part to fill out his "diagnostic" paperwork. he then provided a repair estimate that was unrealistic and unreasonable (>$500) when the cost to replace the unit with a brand-new unit would be $300-$350 he did not provide any diagnostic or repair services and simply advised that I replace the unit (by myself or with a different company) rather than trying to have it repaired. forced to pay $126 for "diagnostic services" for really no reason. don't use them...it's a SHAM SERVICE and TOTAL FRAUD

Tried in vain to find this store. Looks to be an old address listing. Other stores are now in its place. So my assumption is it's out of business or has moved to a new location.

Had told phone representative that we were having trouble getting the filter out from under the fridge. I was at work and my wife, Claire, said the technician did not try to rectify this problem saying it was not his job to do so. Jeff Spring

They never showed up! After 2 hrs went by we contacted customer service and after getting ahold of dispatch the tech claimed nobody was home when I specifically took off for this appointment. Nobody tried to call to make sure they were at the right address or a heads up tech was in route, so who knows if tech even tried. After talking to customer service we ended up having to reschedule and they gave us a 30 dollar gift card that cant even be used for Sears home services just in store. I dont have a Sears or Kmart that's still open near me so useless. We will see if they show up tomorrow morning first stop as planned! Will review again
