is there any formal training Wal-Mart employees need to go through before using a cash register? or any qualifications needed. I feel like it would not be unreasonable to make sure all cashier's can scan 10items a min atleast before being hired

My opinion regarding walmart. All the walmart that I could meet or visit I liked their facilities and their people, despite not understanding my language they were looking for a way to help me and even so I felt a lot of kindness on their part. With regard to people who comment on slow tellers, not all of us have the same skill as our peers or theirs to ours, that is why there are many professions and it does not mean that I am more than you, or you than me and we should not judge Due to our stress needs, I think that the Indu, the American, the Chinese, the Mexican and in Venezuela, they all try to be kind and each person works at their own pace and each of them in my experience do excellent. I congratulate you continue supporting all ages for the elderly need support people who believe in it and support nationalities and instilling like many other large businesses in this country to be more human, warm and make their customers smile ...

Not to my knowledge. I know when I worked for Walmart a decade and change ago I couldn't be as slow as some of the cashiers I have seen lately.
