This place is terrible, I have been calling to make an appointment for my son for three days without being able to make an appointment, when I call they answer and tell me that they will call later to verify the appointment and they never call you, and when they do the appointment makes you wait a long time to see you, but you can't be 5 minutes late because they no longer want to see you. It is the last time I take my child to that place, it is a lousy service.

This dental clinic teaches you exactly how not to run a dental clinic. You will not get the proper care and they will never follow back with you. You should select another provider. If you go, good luck.

They need more people at the front desk for sure. Ever time we have appointment standing at least 45-50min sometime even more.

It is best to go in person because that way they serve you faster and give you the information in your hand. By phone they help you but it takes a long time since they are always super busy. There are two clinics, one in Decatur where nobody speaks Spanish and the one in Chamblee where they speak English and Spanish. To go without an appointment (Walk-In) you have to arrive between 6:50-7 am at that time there are already many people waiting but they can accommodate you
