Didn't have the menu item I always order, not similar items, but I was stuck in the drivethrough line. I ordered something else, and didn't even get any ketchup with my fries.

I've always had good experiences at this Chamblee location, I stopped in to order a shake for my mom. I had a birthday dessert on my account that I didn't want to use but the young lady used it by mistake. Ryan, the manager was able to comp me a shake for the next visit. I like the way he handled the situation, very professional and I never felt like I was being bothersome.
