I rented a car this past Saturday, even thought i had a reservation my car was not ready when i arrived. it took about an hour for them to provided me with a car. According to them, they gave me an upgrade, once I started driving towards my destination I notice the car was vibrating at 70 mph, and when I was braking the vibration was worst. I called them to let them know, and also left a note about it, and they never contact me at all. This has been the worst service from all car rentals agencies I have used before UPDATE, i was finally contacted by a manager and he told me he would give a 50% refund, but has been almost a month and that never happened, not sure why he promised something that he would not do, this is super disappointing, i will definably not coming back to enterprise

That's terrible that your location does not even open until 9am on a Saturday!! If the Honda dealership service department can open up for repairs at 8am then so can enterprise rent a car! Terrible policy!!
