If your water service is through Lawrenceburg Water Department, yes, it will be on the same bill, along with your garbage pick up. If you have water through another entity, such as Fall River, or Leoma, no, you will have a separate bill.
Yes, but to an extent. For instance, if you live really close to the Alabama state line, only electric will be available in certain areas. I used to live deep in Loretto and got my water from Alabama. Hope this helps!😊
