all tho these are older apartments, management is doing a great job on the up keep. There has been some issues in the past with shady people but management is right on top of things and he quickly removes them. Highly reccomend living at Pinebluff apartments.

1 & 2 Bedroom Apts based on income. Water included. Office hours are MWF 10A-2P. I've lived here over 10 years and never had a problem getting in touch with MGMT if there was a problem. There are issues with some undesirable people but there are security cameras and if they can prove who does something wrong, they address it and take action. It's the same as anywhere else, there's good and bad everywhere.

These apartments are worse than the projects. They're supposed to have an on-site manager but we are lucky if he's here 3 days a week in total of 20 hrs a week. It's infested with drug dealers and constantly finding drug needles around the property and at the POS they call a playground. There are dope bags everywhere and in which nothing has been done . There are 3 trailers that sit behind the apartments where lots of illegal drug activity happens and the homeless sleep at and nothing is being done by the cops or the property manager to protect the kids and families here. So if you're a drug dealer or user this is paradise.
