They have proven time and time again to be completely incompetent and negligent. They will turn the power off on Mondays at 9am, when a ton of people are working from home. If they don't intentionally cause an outage, don't worry, there's one around the corner. A 70 degree sunny day? Ya, it'll go out for hours. Don't bother calling, it's busy, and dinner think you can comment on social media, it's disabled. This company is by far the worst I've seen across the country, the most incompetent, and the most incapable. Think twice before you buy property in their service area, you have no other options. I hope you have a nice generator.

It depends on your credit. The most one will pay is $380 which includes electric, water, natural gas, and sewer. Transferring it from one name to another is still gonna cost a deposit, unless your credit is great, then they can waive the deposit fees. I just had to transfer my utilities from my landlord's name to mine, and it still cost the whole $380
The postal service will always deliver your bill regardless of the weather. LUS may have been behind in meter reading and/or billing.
If your water service is through Lawrenceburg Water Department, yes, it will be on the same bill, along with your garbage pick up. If you have water through another entity, such as Fall River, or Leoma, no, you will have a separate bill.
