Pennsylvania law States that if u have a violent conviction of any kind you can't own a gun. Does not say you can't because of a nonviolent felony
Absolutley not. If you have a felony in general (especially if it is a violent felony) you can NEVER be in possession or even around firearms. This includes stores and ranges.
No...unless you want another felony! Violent or Non-violent...a felony is a felony.
