In season april 1 through labor day. Non resident parking season pass is $100, walk in is $50. Daily weekend passes are really expensive. There is a very low senior fee but I don't know if it applies to non residents. Off season there is no fee

From labor day to memorial day..."The Summer" you need to either be a town resident to enter or buy passage onto the beach, however, in the off season you may stroll on the boardwalk or enjoy the sunset/ sunrise or walk the beaches to your heart's content for zero fee....

No fine off season.
