The lady at the counter messed up my order twice and was so rude and annoyed at me for asking them to correct it . I definitely won’t go there again.

Specifically asked for lightly toasted only to unwrap a burnt garlic bagel. I'm perplexed someone thought it was ok to send out. My husband's was less burnt; he enjoyed it. We shared a dirt bomb while waiting. It was delicious. Good flavor and soft texture. I don't know if we'll try again but local bagel choices are limited.
