I say you cant blame Denny's. Its the workforce, no offense to the young generation but they have no people/customer service skills or basic regard for respect and courtesy but that all falls on parenting first but eventually top/mid level management and training. Its the not the servers fault if they are under-staffed nor to the manager when people dont show up. Overall its a great location, one if the better Denny's I have been too but they do need some help with service and training.
I wrote the corporate office and complained. A few days later the manager calls to apologize and offered me a replacement meal.
They are slow and I had to wait almost 10 minutes for me to pay my bill when the waitress saw me and continued clearing tables while making me wait I almost walked out....
It seems as though the help there isn't too helpful.
People who complain about restaurants should stay home and cook for themselves since being pleased is impossible
They don't pay the works enough money an not much tips
Very disappointed every time I pick up here. Today the staff looked at me and didnt even greet me nor acknowledge me for 15 minutes then they forgot to place the order and told me i could cancel the order if i didnt want to wait. Was not busy either.
C Henderson said it all today's 'genderation' has no CS skills no common courtesy towards others they don't in my opinion take their jobs seriously if you're a member of the Team then you play like a team but bad management Will always reflect and ricochet through the service they provide
Sounds about right
Its the busiest Denny's for miles, every time i go there its like that especially the weekends
