Always delicious and excellent service. But for the love of god give your waitresses more help. This poor lady was running 100mph trying to take care of all the people. Minus a star because she forgot our fries and pancakes. But I can’t hold it against her, she had a lot on her plate, both figuratively and literally.

When did they stop giving you the big glass for your shakes? This size not worth $5.59 for this size. This should of been 1 shake but it was split into 2. They had 1 waitress Kristal and she was doing a fantastic job. Food was good. Sad they stopped making spaghetti & chicken fried chicken. Both were not on the menu.

Came to this location for the first time expecting great service, instead it was very disappointing. It was my birthday and my son asked where I wanted to eat, I wanted pancakes so I decided on Denny’s. My son ordered the Crepe’s, which we were told they were out of so they asked what else he’d like and he asked for extra bacon which they were happy to do. He had also ordered a smoothie in which our server said they’re machine was not working. About 20 minutes later the server at the table next to our table brings out 2 smoothies and a shake to her table (right next to us). This didn’t settle well with me so I said to the manager as we were cashing out .. “oh you guys fixed your smoothie machine”…and she began rambling off some excuse about something I really didn’t understand. I felt the service was shady to a point and I’ll never return to this location. On a positive note my breakfast was good. I hadn’t had good pancakes in a while and these did hit the spot. Had the service been better they would have gained a new customer who is also a great tipper…((I had left $10 bucks and regretted it after the smoothies came out to the table next to us))

I got my tablet at 1:05 PM and right now is 2:18 and there is still no food on my table. The place is dirty the staff is rude, this is my last time I come to this Denny’s. My entire section (6 tables) have been waiting for the food for more than 40 minutes. This is ridiculous! If they don’t have enough staff to run the place they should not be open. The table in the photo attached was dirty before I was seated. It had now been more than an hour and it has yet to be cleaned. The floors are also full of food and trash from previous guest. This place is a mess! The food has finally arrived after an hour and 10 minutes only to be told they ran out of stuff. Not only did I wait for more than an hour, but I didn’t receive the food I ordered.

I say you cant blame Denny's. Its the workforce, no offense to the young generation but they have no people/customer service skills or basic regard for respect and courtesy but that all falls on parenting first but eventually top/mid level management and training. Its the not the servers fault if they are under-staffed nor to the manager when people dont show up. Overall its a great location, one if the better Denny's I have been too but they do need some help with service and training.
They definitely are busy and understaffed.

That area appears not to have a good purpose for anyone. I went there for fellowship with a friend. Ordered strawberry pancakes but got no strawberries.
