My experience at Mattress Firm was amazing! The reason being… ANTONIO! Antonio was filling in at the 101 & Northern store from his normal store on Bell Rd, and I’m so glad he was there. From the minute I walked in he was so informative, taking the time out to thoroughly explain in detail the difference in mattresses to get down to what I was looking for. I tend to be picky, but he was so patient and friendly & knew his stuff! It was the best experience, and I had already been to a few places, but he was so great that it made me WANT TO purchase from HIM! And I did! Thank you Antonio for your amazing service! I originally went in to get a bed for my mother who has severe back and arthritis issues. Patsy helped us and truly understood the needs of what my mother was looking for. She was extremely patient and kind. Even when other customers came in she was able to attend to us and them without compromising the quality of service she provided.
