I like going into the Xfinity store near the Danbury mall. They are great, knowlegable, and more likely to work with you on a solution than a voice on the phone.
The 800 # is good for information you can find online. The store is better for little details that are easy to miss. Plus, the staff by the Danbury mall are friendly, knowledgeable and great to work with.
Agree with both answers. just depends on ur a BBC available time.
I usually call 1800-Xfinity, or 1800comcast and ask to speak with an agent after the automated prompt.
