Don't go here if you can avoid it. I have Dr. Jennifer Cohen as my PCP. She's nice enough, but it's impossible to reach her. This office has no patient portal, so you need to leave a message with the front desk, who then leaves a message with a nurse, who then sends the message to the doctor. This phone tag causes so many mistakes. My specialists never seem to receive my referrals or records, the labs never seem to get the correct tests. I've wasted so much time going to specialists or lab appointments that I then need to reschedule and go back to because they never received the proper paperwork/records from this office. It's the most disorganized and poorly run office I've ever been in contact with. I finally switched my PCP to Nuvance in Newtown and I'm so glad I did.

They took my health insurance and didn’t give it back. They left a voicemail that they have it and when I called back to ask they don’t have it. Not sure what they did with my insurance but that is a violation of HIPPA.
