Have you ever heard of a Dentist taking weeks and weeks of having a client wait for a simple root canal? I went in and got my tooth drilled and medicine put in and they told me they'll have me come in 3 days later to finish the job and cap my tooth. I went in the 2nd time and they took the medicine out and put new medicine in and had me leave (still no cap) I went in for a third time and they did the same telling me to come back again. I called today to ask and verify my next appointment date, but they picked up then put me to wait for a whole 30 minutes on hold. They finally picked up and just hung up on me. I called back instally and the operator said "this office is now closed" like are you kidding me? That means that the receptionist waited till her shift was over so she won't have to deal with me. That's extremely unprofessional and rude. Do not deal with this place, please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. I'm simply going to have them finish the job they started and I'm never coming back!

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The receptionist was very rude while checking in, and even rolled her eyes at me and my mother. After waiting a couple of minutes, we were brought into the back room where a nurse wrote down information and then told us the doctor would be in soon. We proceeded to wait more than an hour and ended up just walking out of the office due to never being seen by the doctor and had other appointments to make on time. While trying to leave, the staff stopped us and told us we couldn't leave until they discharged me, and gave us more attitude when we told them we were never even seen and were just leaving. Horrible experience and would not recommend going to this clinic.

Please try not to reach out to this hospital for appointments. I went there about 3 weeks ago and I've been following up for my reports, I have nobody reached out to me explaining what is wrong with my health. I went through a second round of blood work based on their inputs but when I called to know the results they were not sure they had asked me to take the blood work again. So far I've been having a really bad experience, thinking of moving to some other doctor and start over again..😔

Wish they had better appointment times...they don't accommodate your work schedule but they do a good job on dental work.
