I can't get access to a human being! Every prompt directs me to another automated option. It sends me a text option and then disconnects.

Say "change to english" into the remote. Then go to AUDIO LANGUAGE RESET. If that doesn't work. Hit the Xfinity button, scroll over to the image of the gear, in the settings menu go to language then to AUDIO LANGUAGE RESET. HIT OK. Should fix it.
