Yes they always are.
Pretty much all fast food places do....thats how they get out of the Law of having to offer health care insurance to their employees.Anything under 28 hours is considered part-time. I guess the greedy Owners/ CEO's of these fast food giants know their employees are poor enough to qualify for state sponsored Medicaid...so why should they offer health insurance when tax payers can foot the bill?
