I'm not sure what is going on at this location but for the past month? The drive thru has been closed. There is no cone, no sign that says they are not taking orders through the drive thru, someone just comes on the speaker and says dine in orders only. I give it 3 stars because the food I have ordered here has always been right and good, including the customer service.

The manager on duty her name was Janet. They asked me for my order 3 times all different people then the manager came into the speaker and started laughing saying we only got two tacos haha. Only small orders and then repeated to ask me for my order. She was disrespectful and rude. Then gave me a false name and managers number. Proceed to start threatening saying she was gonna throw drinks at me if I didn’t leave like huh?

The Manager on the late night shift is so Beautiful and courteous. The food prepared on the late night shift looks exactly like the over exaggerated pics on the drive thru menu & the food is the best the BEST Jack in the box FOOD I'VE EVER HAD Through out the Whole Phoenix area!

Im done with jack first one I went to made up some excuse about their computers updating at 11pm comon seriously then this one how cold was this patty the chees never melted what a joke Edit: I have since been in contact with someone from jack and they have made things right so although they do make mistakes like everyone they are also willing to fix their mistakes thanks JACK
