I really liked the fact you can order and you are served quickly when you walk in at first I thought I was being ignored but was quickly reassured I wasn't everybody has certain jobs they do And they stick to it making the flow very good. At least for me and the person before me it seemed I would leave they pre judging at the door and give it a chance

Went thru drive thru person taking order did not know what I meant when I asked if they had the donut holes that are hooked together. As they were not on the menu board. Went to pay nobody home at that window finally the pickup window stuck their head out and waved me forward. I asked to have fritter added which she did no problem. I then asked about the donut holes and she replied the glazed donut? Yes can I have that instead. I had already paid 3 bucks for the fritter but she swapped them no money back. She should be ashamed of herself for selling that product!! I tried to bite one and it was so hard it was almost a rock. Wasted my 3 bucks as I just threw them away had no time to go back.

Wait time was lagged. Then window 2 happened. Rude. All but threw the food out the window. I waited about a min. to try and find out if the size of my med slush was correct since it was smaller than the xsm kids happy meal drink. 🙄

I wish I could give 0 stars. I don't think I've ever had a correct order. I'd rather drive further to go to one that properly made their orders. Most recent orders they can't even get 2 patties on a double burger! 1st order, spent over $50 and used the app to order. None of the requests (extra pickles, plain etc) were made. Double hamburger only had one patty, and zero sauces with over 50 nuggets. 2nd order, same issue with the hamburger. So wish I could rate orders placed in the app individually, because they didn't include the receipt to call to review the order. Spoke to friends in the area & always hear that this McDonald's gets orders wrong consistently. One shouldn't have to check each order, and if they do who has time to go back inside to tell them they got your order wrong?
