I believe so, but you have to have some kind of relationship with your mail carrier, let her know that you want package sent directly there and also if you're purchasing from seller let them know where you want to send it directly.
Another option, If the package is shipped to your address you can call usps or through the web, so they can hold your package until you can pick it up
Only if you rent a PO box.
