No, but if you have several hours in NYC and no place to store your luggage, there are private vendors who will store your suitcase and charge by the hour. If you google "luggage storage" nyc you can even look at a map. There are stations all over, and you can definitely find a few in the two train stations and the bus station. Usually talking less than $10. Remember that in a hotel, generally, you can ask to leave your bag there before or after checkout to pick up same day at a different time, and that's a free service.
